Funny Websites
So recently I found a few funny sites and thought I would share the randomness around!

Thru-YOU
First to mention is a site called Thru-YOU by Kutiman which is basically a mashup of videos on youtube which end up as some really catchy songs.
Ok, so they're not videos produced by him but it must of taken a long time to cut them all up and sync the speeds together plus produce the video!
Tracks 2 and 3 are my favourite =)
Second site to mention is a random site I found yesterday regarding Tetris.

So yeah... its basically tetris but in a first person sort of mode.. with lots of confusing rotations..
But fun none the less! Try night mode if your up for a challenge.
First Person Tetris
Last site to mention, you probably already have seen the videos, is Remi Gaillards official site.

Nimportequi
Just a compilation of all his videos which are quite lulz.
Check out the 1999/2009 highlights video to get an idea of what it is if you havent already seen it. Not to mention his football skills are pretty impressive..
Finally the most random link im pasting, simply input a phrase which will consequently be translated back and forth between languages of Japanese-English, in order to find equilibrium..or not! The results are quite entertaining if you find a good phrase =D

Fitness!
So TODAY is officially the day that I reignite my motivation for my training program.
It was back in 6th form I first disciplined myself to achieve what I wanted to and I felt unstoppable.
An hour or more of training a day at 6am, then after college straight down to the tennis club usually with another 30 minutes of cardio, followed by subsequent tennis in the evening, usually 2 hours although sometimes pushing 3. I would find it rare to break a sweat unless working my hardest and given a challenging match from the paps!
He did pretty well to keep up with me considering his age and that he wasnt doing any other sort of training.
Definetly my main inspiration for the whole idea if im being honest..
A few images that bring back the memories..

Finally, this last image really represents a day I felt positive about everything but unfortunately..nothing lasts forever right?

So whilst that used to be how I did things, I am going to try my best, given sufficient recovery time, study time yadda yadda to, once again, achieve the most I can given what I have available !
Monday when I get back to Luton after lectures I will follow up renting a bike from the university and start to cycle to university, together with performing some cardio work in the afternoons when I am free.
And so it begins..

Mix sets
So i've got my sweet and sexy setup now!
A Pioneer CDJ200 is in my possesion and has now opened up some more creativity that I can reflect in my mixes!
In case you havent already checked out my Soundcloud - Feel free to head on over and check either my stream or download my mixes!
-Inka-
Let me know if you like what you hear! But more importantly I would like constructive criticism, so if you can let me know what you think it would be much appreciated =)

Life
So its 8.17am and i've pretty much been rolling around in bed since waking up at 7 and was just generally thinking about life and where i'm off to once uni has finished.
I'd like to say I have it all planned out but whats the fun in that anyway =>
Where would I like to be? Working in the Sports Injuries field living in central London. I'd happily give up living by the beach for that dream.
As much as I do love living here I just need to get a bit further out there and continue doing the independent thing that i've enjoyed so much whilst at university.
So that's my long term goal.. now I must look to achieve!
Will need to be looking at getting some experience and really taking my learning more seriously in terms of anatomy and physiology as I'll admit I dont know as much as i'd like to in that area currently. And it's pretty much the basis for what i'm looking at.
Anyway, just a small post as I need to get a decent breakfast before a day of cycling, swimming and tennis. This could be a challenge on so little sleep, but thats life right?

Meeting new people!
First of all let me just say Happy New Year and Happy Christmas to you all! (thought I might just get that out of the way)
Anyway, here I am, on yet another random night out, venturing into annebriation and throwing myself into the deep end to meet some new people/catch up with an old mate, yet i dont actually know it but this night will end up as a bit of a failure!
Going back a bit I remember having a late night alcohol induced deep discussion with the father. Now as i always tend to see my father as a bit crazy. Ok ok hes not that bad, but some of the stuff he comes out with is ridonkulus. Anyway, we get onto the conversation of how alot of english people are in terms of meeting new people.
So we are talking about how meeting new people out or just generally can be quite frustrating when someone is a closed book. Now my dad being mexican (and just his general culture) are quite open minded and tend to happily greet strangers and dont think anything of it. He tells me the tale of when he first came to England and was trying to meet new people and was always looked at strangely because he was so open towards others which at times, I see exactly that when im out and about.
Some english people on the other hand will meet and greet you, but anything more than that and they are just not interested, it really is quite annoying.
I wont expect the other person to start the conversation (as it wont happen most of the time anyway) but jesus, I dont really like talking to a wall.. I can do that at home thanks.
Which leads me to this night out..
After having been introduced to the other new people who we were out with, I try to bring up conversation and they decide to reply, but then carry on their own conversation without me. So after consequently being ignored I decide screw it. If your not going to make conversation with me then I wont bother.
Funnily enough it was a good night with the other guys I knew and ended with a lovely footlong subway, the perfect binge food for a night out =)
Anyway whilst i rant at this annoying pointless subject, I wont just mention these nights. I've had alot of good nights out and met knew people just as open minded as me which has turned out being completely awesome. Fabric for one a couple of years back and just general house parties about university.
From my thought-out, opinionated point of view, I think that most of the Eastern European countries like Slovakia, Poland and that lot are just generally more welcoming people. I went to a Slovakian house party alone once and was literally welcomed by my Slovakian mates whole group of friends - I have personally never had this experience anywhere else and it just really goes to show sometimes that not all new people you meet are bad!
At the same party I also managed to consume further quantities of 80% alcohol shots and had woken up the next morning finding that i had pissed in my drawers with a t-shirt around my waist apparently imitating pyjama bottoms...but thats another story..
Hopefully this will be my last unpleasant experience meeting new people but.. New Year new stories right?
Much love
