Life
So its 8.17am and i've pretty much been rolling around in bed since waking up at 7 and was just generally thinking about life and where i'm off to once uni has finished.
I'd like to say I have it all planned out but whats the fun in that anyway =>
Where would I like to be? Working in the Sports Injuries field living in central London. I'd happily give up living by the beach for that dream.
As much as I do love living here I just need to get a bit further out there and continue doing the independent thing that i've enjoyed so much whilst at university.
So that's my long term goal.. now I must look to achieve!
Will need to be looking at getting some experience and really taking my learning more seriously in terms of anatomy and physiology as I'll admit I dont know as much as i'd like to in that area currently. And it's pretty much the basis for what i'm looking at.
Anyway, just a small post as I need to get a decent breakfast before a day of cycling, swimming and tennis. This could be a challenge on so little sleep, but thats life right?
Much Love

Oh my god Ollie. I recently attended a Seminar given by an American Personal Trainer. Amongst one of his main themea was a topic about Goal Setting.
It appears than only a very small proportion of people in America (less than 3%) have discovered the secret of a successful professional career and it involves the setting of personal goals. Just before you left to go to America you mentioned that you really wanted to settle down in London, I am sure that wll come through only if you persist and take the necessay steps to achieve your goal.
As the Famous Philosopher Friederich Nietzsche used to say "the secret of one's happiness should be a yes, a no , a atraight line ; a GOAL!!"
